Teachings on healing
Today millions attribute sickness and disease to “the work of God”. I often hear things like “God put this sickness on me to teach me something” or “sickness brought me closer to God”. People make these statements not having any real basis in the Word of God for them.
-Many oppose divine healing and feel they have scriptures to back up their disbelief. I heard a man say once “scripture language frequently attributes directly to God what He merely permits”. The enemy has spent centuries hiding the truth of the gospel.
Isaiah 53:4-5 (NKJV) 4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.
Isaiah 53:1 (NKJV) Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
